JAMES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELLE A. JAMES; SOUTH POINTE WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.

BOOK 1641, PAGE 530; O.R. BOOK 1650, PAGE 3738; O.R. BOOK 1658, PAGE 3335, O.R. BOOK 1685, PAGE 2042; O.R. BOOK 1685, PAGE 4635; O.R. BOOK 1695, PAGE 3584; O.R. BOOK 1700, PAGE 225; O.R. BOOK 1757, PAGE 145 AND IN O.R. BOOK 1829, PAGE 114 AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCE THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
