NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-001594-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee for Harborview Mortgage loan Trust mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-9, Plaintiff and Hamil B. Beaumont are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 25, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 141, OF SADDLE CREEK MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, AT PAGE(S) 104 THROUGH 109, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
