NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 19, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003978-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-FF6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2004-FF6 is Plaintiff and MARK FALCONE, MID OHIO SECURITIES, CUSTODIAN FBO DONATO SANTONE IRA 21243, STACY FALCONE, UNKNOWN TENANT 1, UNKNOWN TENANT 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK FALCONE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of March, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 375, the proposed Plat of Palm Terrace Gardens Unit 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 544, page 387 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
