NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 27, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-000233-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP. is Plaintiff and ROY E MOORE, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROY E. MOORE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of March, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1605, HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES, UNIT NINETEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
