NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 04, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007337-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and ROMELIO CHIRINO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Tract 916, ANGUS VALLEY, UNIT 3, A tract of land lying in Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of the stated Section 2, thence run East (assumed bearing) along the South boundary of the stated Section 2, a distance of 2140.54 feet, thence North a distance of 740.43 feet for a Point of Beginning. Thence continue West a distance of 150.00 feet, thence North a distance of 150.00 feet, thence East a distance of 150.00 feet, thence South a distance of 150.00 feet to the Point of the Beginning.
