NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-005026-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company, as Trustee for GSAMP Trust 2005-HE4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-HE4 is the Plaintiff and Cathleen Farris; James Farris; Pasco County; Pasco County Board of County Commissioners are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 305, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 85 AND 86 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
