NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004165-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-8 is the Plaintiff and Kostadinos Tsavaris; Unknown Spouse of Kostadinos Tsavaris; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 453, TAHITIAN HOMES UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 115-116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
