NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2014-CA-002302-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Banc of America Alternative Loan Trust 2006-7, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-7, Plaintiff and Renee Levine are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT D, BUILDING 1214, EAGLESWOOD PHASE 3, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH A PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN O.R.BOOK 1545, PAGES 1875 THROUGH 1934, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 6 THROUGH 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
