NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21st day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-001321-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and ERIC BARNES A/K/A ERIC D. BARNES; LAURA L. BARNES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; THOUSAND OAKS MULTI-FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; THOUSAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 20th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 OF THOUSAND OAKES MULTI-FAMILY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 9-11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
