Notice is hereby given that on April 7, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Pasco Circuit Court, will offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Pasco County, Florida, as follows:
Lot 2, PEACHTREE VILLAGE UNIT 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 118, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, subject to Drainage Easement over and across the South 35 feet of the West 165 feet and the South 65 feet of the East 65 feet thereof.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 3, 2015, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
