NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 03, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-006946-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AFC TRUST SERIES 1998-1, is Plaintiff, and STACY CARRIVEAU N/K/A STACY MORRIS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 173 feet of the North 115 feet of TRACT 97, Section 33, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Appraiser's Parcel I.D. No. 33-25-21-0020-09700-0100;
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
