NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 09, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-004019-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A. F/K/A NORWEST BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2004-FFH2 ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES 2004-FFH2, is Plaintiff, and Majid Dik, et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 26th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1302, REGENCY PARK UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 94 AND 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 7811 Chalafonte Drive. Port Richey, FL 34668
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
