NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-006124-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Catherine Wood a/k/a Catherine J. Wood; State of Florida; Grow Financial Federal Credit Union fka Macdill Federal Credit Union ; Citimortgage, Inc.; George E. Wood; Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union; Unknown Tenants/Owners; et al are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 18th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1562, HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES, UNIT SIXTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 128, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
