NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-006716-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-NH by MCM Capital Partners, LLC its trustee is the Plaintiff and Kelly A. Hastings a/k/a Kelly A. Hastings Guerin; Brennen Guerin; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2; Corey G. Guerin; Heather Guerin; et al; ; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 18th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK 113, MOON LAKE ESTATES, UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 96 AND 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 1993 SPRINGER MOBILE HOME, ID#CLFL35164A AND CLFL35164B, TITLE #'S 64200056 AND 64200055
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
