NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 03, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-003726-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-5, is Plaintiff, and ANDREW PETERSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 51, Block 1 of BALLANTRAE VILLAGES 3A & 3B, according to the map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 50, Page(s) 49 to 62, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
