NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 4, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013CA004571CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and SUNNYBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., LUCILLE H. WINER, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A ALBERT HARTMAN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A PAMELA HARTMAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUCILLE H. WINER N/K/A JOSEPH H. WINER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of March, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 24, Building 4, of Sunnybrook III, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page 144 through 146, and plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 19, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed July 19, 1985, in O.R. Book 1430, Page 1326, and as amended, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; together with any limited common elements appurtenant thereto, and undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Together with a perpetual and non-exclusive easement in common with but not limited to, all other owners of an undivided interest in the improvements upon the land above described, for ingress and egress and use of all public passageways, as well as common areas and facilities upon the land above described.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
