NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51 2009 CA 011323 ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-1, Plaintiff, and, HOUNG, NGO THI, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 25th day of March, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 74, WILLOW BEND TRACT MF-2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 102, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
