NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007794-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, Plaintiff, and, WALTERS, ROSE, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 25th day of March, 2015, the following described property:
Condominium Unit 22-101, THE BELMONT AT RYALS CHASE, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 6561, Page 416, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
