LOT 10, A PORTION OF TRACT 44 IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA WHICH LIES EAST OF ALKEN ACRES, FIRST ADDITION, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 33; THENCE RUN NORTH 00°22'17” EAST ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION 33, 651.91 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 89°47'01” WEST, 87.39 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF ALKEN CIRCLE AS NOW ESTABLISHED AS SHOWN IN SAID ALKEN ACRES, FIRST ADDITION; THENCE NORTH 00°12'59” EAST ALONG SAID EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 70.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°47'01” EAST, 87.58 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION 33; THENCE SOUTH 00°22'17” WEST ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION 33, 70.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE EASTERLY 6.00 FEET SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR UTILITIES AND/OR DRAINAGE.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 3-30-2015/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
