LOT 5, BLOCK 1, LAKE BERNADETTE PARCELS 14, 15A, AND 16, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 9 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
commonly known as 5541 AUTUMN SHIRE DRIVE, ZEPHYRHILLS, FL 33541 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Edward B. Pritchard of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 3/30/2015, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
