NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-000724-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and STEPHANIE PASSAFUME, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 63, SEVEN OAKS PARCEL C-1C/C-1D, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 42 through 54, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
