NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 9, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000156-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and AMPARO GOMEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Block 1, Oakstead Parcel 4, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 42, Pages 91 through 100, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Parcel Identification Number: 22/26/18/0060/00100/0160, as described in Mortgage Book 6669 Page 1
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
