NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-013628, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSR 2006-OA1, is Plaintiff and KENNETH P. RUSHING, JR. KATRICE RUSHING, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of April, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
