NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 30 January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-004911 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., F/K/A As Successor By Merger To Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., is the Plaintiff and Sean T. Perricone, Teresa J. Perricone, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 20th of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
