NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2014 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 10, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-019869 (N) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-WL3, Plaintiff, and VILMA MORALES A/K/A VILAM A. MORALES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A RASTINE JIMENEZ;, are Defendants.
