NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-003279-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, DATED AS OF MARCH 1, 2004, AMONG CREDIT-BASED ASSET SERVICING AND SECURITIZATION LLC, CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., LITTON LOAN SERVICING LP AND U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-CB3, is Plaintiff and Gerry Mertsching, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 9, BLOCK G, REPLAT OF HARBOR HEIGHTS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 59, PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS.
Property Address: 160 Coral Drive, Safety Harbor, FL 34695
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
