Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 10/21/2014 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
UNIT “B”, BUILDING NUMBER 3, OF THE GARDENS OF FOREST LAKES, PHASE III A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 16-18, AND ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6084, PAGE 683 THRU 732, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6208, PAGE 1052 AND AS FURTHER AMENDED ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
