Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 27, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER B-25, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF COUNTRYBROOK CONDOMINIUM I, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5393, PAGES 1569 THROUGH 1628 AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5407, PAGES 1267 THROUGH 1271 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 63, PAGES 1 THROUGH 5, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3535 COUNTRYBROOK LN 25, PALM HARBOR, FL 34684; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 30, 2015 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
