NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 6 February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-001105-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. As Trustee F/B/O Holders Of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments Ii Inc., Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2007-AR4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR4, is the Plaintiff and Julie Marie Rosen, as an Heir of the Estate of Violeta T. Crespo a/k/a Violeta Teresa Crespo Cruz, deceased, The Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Violeta T. Crespo a/k/a Violeta Teresa Crespo Cruz, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 23rd of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
