NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 30 January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-000891-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage Llc, is the Plaintiff and Judith K. Castricone A/K/A Judith Kay Castricone, Patrick J Castricone, Roza Klich, Sterling On The Gulf Owners Association, Inc., Tierra Verde Community Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 23rd of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NUMBER G-1, PHASE 1, STERLING ON THE GULF, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 68, PAGES 62 THROUGH 67 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5516, PAGE 1157, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
