NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-009878-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein HOME OPPORTUNITY, LLC is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE N. DENMARK; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” RESIDING AT 960 20TH AVE S, ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, 33705; AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 960 20TH AVE S. ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, 33705 are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK E, CROMWELL HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
