You are notified that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, BAY ARISTOCRAT VILLAGE, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, seeking to terminate the occupancy and possessory rights of the defendants and to foreclose its lien against the following real and personal property:
Unit/Lot No. 503 of BAY ARISTOCRAT VILLAGE, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to the Declaration of Master Form Proprietary Lease Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 7496, Page 437 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any and all amendments thereto (the “Master Agreement”), and as legally described in Exhibit “A” to said Master Agreement.
TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number 503 issued by the Cooperative to James Scribner evidencing his percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom.
TOGETHER WITH that certain 1969 Doublewide CHAT Mobile Home, Vehicle Identification Numbers 41758A and 41758B and Title Numbers 0003904953 and 0003904954.
The street address of the Property is Lot 503, 18675 U.S. Highway 19 North, Clearwater, Florida 33764. The Parcel Identification Number of the Property is 20/29/16/03290/000/5030.
You are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to David S. Bernstein, Esq., [email protected], and/or Andrew J. McBride, Esq., [email protected], Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
