Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated February 17, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 14-003974-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, and LAVAR HENRY, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
SUITE 2310, BUILDING 23 OF PEPPERTREE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4150, PAGES 1461, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of April, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
