NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-005439 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Bradley Hultgren a/k/a Bradley J. Hultgren and Kathleen Hultgren a/k/a Kathleen A. Hultgren, Husband & Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 31, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT PART OF LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK 37, BELLEAIR ESTATES, PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 9 THROUGH 23, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 24 AND RUN SOUTHERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 24 A DISTANCE OF 14 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING AND FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING THUS ESTABLISHED, CONTINUE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARIES OF SAID LOTS 24 AND 23 A DISTANCE OF 86 FEET; RUN THENCE EASTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 23 WHICH IS LOCATED 22 FEET SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID BOUNDARY FROM THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 23, RUN THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARIES OF SAID LOTS 23 AND 24 A DISTANCE OF 66 FEET TO THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 24; RUN THENCE WESTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE ESTABLISHED POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
