NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 03, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-002980-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and THE RESIDENCE AT RENAISSANCE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 413 of The Residence at Renaissance Square, a Condominium, together with the appurtenant undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements thereof according to the Declaration of Condominium dated May 25, 2004 recorded in Official Record Book 13636, Page 969 of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida and Plat Book 132 Page 56.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
