NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2014, and an order rescheduling sale dated, February 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-001582-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-HE2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and Unknown Spouse Etc. Estate of James R. Love, et al., are the Defendant, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 30th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49 IN BLOCK 34 OF MEADOW LAWN FIFTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, ON PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 7232 Onyx Drive North, St. Petersburg, FL 33702
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
