NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Forclosure dated the 9 day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-23164-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TURST 2005-FF4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FF4, is Plaintiff and MOHAMMED UMAIR; FIRST FRANKLIN CORPORATION; THE ISLANDS OF VALENCIA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MOHAMMED UMAIR; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 14 day of April, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
