NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003001-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., is Plaintiff, and BRIAN COLLER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 88, ROSE HILL GROVES, UNIT NO 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 124, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
