NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41-2014-CA-000483 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association , is the Plaintiff and Mathea V. Houge a/k/a Mathea V. Leo Houge a/k/a Mathea V. Leo a/k/a Mathea Houge, Garrett K. Houge, Tenant #1 n/k/a Tracey Brenin, Tenant #2 n/k/a Anthony Barrett, Timepayment Corporation, The Unknown Spouse of Mathea V. Houge a/k/a Mathea V. Leo Houge a/k/a Mathea V. Leo a/k/a Mathea Houge n/k/a Stu Wagner, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 16th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
