NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010CA001753 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 2, is Plaintiff and FRANCISCO J. DELDAGO A/K/A FRANCISCO DELDAGO, FRANCISCO J. DELDAGO JR. JUAN F. PIZARRO, MARIA DELDAGO; BANK OF AMERICA NA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN HENRY BRONZANSKI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THEODORE LOEN BRONZANSKI JR, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCISCO DELDAGO; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 18th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
