NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-006979-AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, Fsb, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienor, Creditors, Trustees, and all other Parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of William L Ashabraner, Deceased, M. Jane Ashabraner, Meadowcroft Condominium Association, Inc., Nils Anthony Ashabraner, United States of America, Acting on Behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 16th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
