NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08001293CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF INDYMAC LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE BACKED CERTIFICATE SERIES 2005- L1 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and JACK ALLEN A/K/A JACK ALLEN KING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACK ALLEN A/K/A JACK ALLEN KING; SHERRI LYNN KING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHERRILYNN KING; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.' TCF EQUIPMENT FINANCE, INC.; THE CIT GROUP/EQUIPMENT FINANCING, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONTAINING 10 ACRES MORE OR LESS, EXCEPT THE NORTH 25 FEET OF SAID PARCEL. ALSO KNOWN AS TRACT #87 IN SUNCOAST RANCHES
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
