NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08001293CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF INDYMAC LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE BACKED CERTIFICATE SERIES 2005- L1 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and JACK ALLEN A/K/A JACK ALLEN KING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACK ALLEN A/K/A JACK ALLEN KING; SHERRI LYNN KING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHERRILYNN KING; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.' TCF EQUIPMENT FINANCE, INC.; THE CIT GROUP/EQUIPMENT FINANCING, INC.; are defendants.
