ADDISON, individually and as Personal Representative for the Estate of FRANKLIN EARL ADDISION; THE PORCHES AT DEEP CREEK I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 9, 2014 and entered in Civil Action Number 14-96-CA in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein CHARLOTTE STATE BANK & TRUST, is the Plaintiff; and the above-named parties, are the Defendants.
The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 9th day of MARCH, 2015, the following described properties as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. A101, Building A of The Porches at Deep Creek I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded at O.R. Book 2916, Page 1455, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 14, Page 17A through 17J, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided 1/14 interest in the Common Elements appurtenant thereto and the right to use Parking Space 1 as a limited common element appurtenant to said unit.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
