NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2014, entered in Case No. 14-CA-050947 of the Circuit Court, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Citifinancial Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Michael H. Smith a/k/a Michael Henry Smith; Shellie L. Smith a/k/a Shellie Lee Smith, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on January 21, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 40, UNIT 2, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS PALMONA PARK, IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
