Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 13002414CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JENNIE M. HANNAH; RAYMOND T. HANNAH, JR. are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 8TH day of APRIL, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 82, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 1A THROUGH 1F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 170 CHELSEA COURT NW, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL., 33952
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
