NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2014, and entered in 10000559CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE OF BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6, is the Plaintiff and REVIS G. FLOWERS; THERESA FLOWERS A/K/A THERESA L. FLOWERS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; EAGLE PRESERVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on APRIL 15, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, EAGLE PRESERVE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 57A, THROUGH 57C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
