NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 29, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-003413 WS J2, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and JANET E. TREGO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANET E. TREGO; HOLIDAY LAKE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on January 22, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1309, BUILDING 13, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT FOR HOLIDAY LAKE VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM (PHASE 1), ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 61 THROUGH 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 16, 1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1150, PAGES 0482 THROUGH 0547, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
