Final Judgment was awarded on December 3, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-003174WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff, and JOELLEN MICHAUD; ARTHUR MICHAUD; TINA MCKINNEY-CARTER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
