NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash. The sale shall be held online by the Clerk of Court at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11 A.M. on January 28, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
