NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Dec. 18, 2014 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-052380 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and GARY KRAFT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block 8, of Florimond Manor, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, at page 6, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
